Hello, my parents were staying under the pagdi system of tenancy in a ground floor flat in a building with 2 floors. In the year 2005 the Building was redeveloped under TDR and they were given ownership of a flat on the first floor in the same building. The agreement papers show a money transaction of 1 lakh rupees paid by the builder to my parents and no other money transaction. My Dad passed away in 2010 and Mom passed in 2019, hence my brother and I inherited the property in 2019. We have now sold the property in 2020 and were wondering how to calculate our capital gains payable. Please help, thank you in advance
