Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .

As we know that Composite dealer under GST cannot collect tax from buyer, then if he supply items like,biscuits in MRP price & in this case tax is already included in MRP then is it violation of law or anything else provision is there?

    composite tax never charged from buyers. it is paid by a composite dealer on its own profits it can also be said that the composite tax should charged against profit. Therefore, no violation of law etc. in such case.

    on other side, the final burden of tax is levied on consumer.

    I know it can’t collect from buyer but in MRP price of item like biscuits, Tax is already included in it then how can you say that tax is not collected from buyer?
